Support Case Priorities
Low : Lesser issue that is an annoyance but does not affect system function in a significant way. These tend to be cosmetic issues or affect parts of the system that are rarely used.
Normal : Moderate issue that is an inconvenience but does not affect essential system functions in a significant way. Typically a workaround can be provided that is not cumbersome.
High: Serious issue that strongly affects the client but does not prevent the client from performing essential system functions. Typically a workaround can be provided, but may be cumbersome.
Emergency: Critical issue that prevents the client from performing essential system functions. Emergency issues would be considered “show stoppers” where no workaround is available.
